G-Rough features 10 suites with Italian furniture from the 1930s-1950s. Each includes a living area, kitchenette, patterned floor tiles, and wood-beamed ceilings. Some suites have terraces or balconies. Bathrooms feature walk-in showers with Seletti tiles. Entire floors can connect to form apartment-style accommodations with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Gallery Bar serves local wines, signature cocktails, and aperitivo daily from 7am to midnight. It features a brass-finish bar counter, 1950s armchairs, and bronze-colored mirrored walls.
