G-Rough features 10 suites with Italian furniture from the 1930s-1950s. Each includes a living area, kitchenette, patterned floor tiles, and wood-beamed ceilings. Gallery Bar & Events
The Gallery Bar serves local wines, signature cocktails, and aperitivo daily from 7am to midnight. It features a brass-finish bar counter, 1950s armchairs, and bronze-colored mirrored walls. The space hosts exhibitions by local artists and evenings dedicated to art and music, attracting both hotel guests and Roman creatives.

The hotel organizes private tours including Vatican Museum visits, gladiator training sessions, artisan workshops, and access to private palazzos.
